    Abstract
    This report describes an easily expansible implementation of an APL language interpreter, with additional primitives for graphics operation. The interpreter--also uses a unique single-method storage management system for both program and data. This interpreter is written wholly in the compilable language FORTRAN. Descriptions of the language externals, user capabilities, and internal logic of the interpreter are given.;
