    Abstract
    This thesis represents the analysis and design of an Air Force training base for interceptor pilots, and the analysis and design of an operations bUilding to be located on the base. An important consideration in this design was the maintenance of military character while establishing a scale catering to the individual. The operations building contained here represents an economical, yet architectural, approach to military design.;
