Abstract
The characteristics of Hadamard matrix-based 2D spatial multiplexing on the proposed platform, regarding information content and noise, were analyzed theoretically and validated experimentally. Further, the system performance for hyperspectral 2D spatial multiplexing was validated in lifetime-enhanced molecular imaging. Quantitative investigations of in vitro antibody reactions and in vivo ligand-receptor engagement were demonstrated via sensing of FRET (Förster resonance energy transfer) signals. The quantitative accuracy of the proposed system was benchmarked against a well-established gated intensified CCD-based system and found to be within ±6% absolute margin of the ground truth.
