Abstract
Finally, from a fundamental standpoint, we find that screening a few hundred protein-peptide interactions is not only advantageous for affinity ligand design, but can also provide significant preliminary insights for elucidating large-scale protein-protein interactions and complex formation. We have demonstrated this for the cTn complex as well as for hTf and its receptors.
