dc.description.abstractBased on X-ray crystallographic studies on sucrose octasulfate in complex with fibroblast growth factor and its receptor, three analogs of sucrose octasulfate were regioselectively synthesized for biological evaluation as regulations of cell proliferation and differentiation.
